Etagere

The etagere, or display shelf, was purchased by Mr. Sam Houston Reid Jr. and Mrs. Reba Frances Wright Reid to decorate their home. Both had been married before and had children from whom they had many items and keepsakes. One of Mrs. Reid’s children was Robert “Bob” W. Murphey, a nationally recognized humorist featured in the Storytellers statue.
